Nathan Webb

Nathan Webb, of Park View, Legsby, has been banned from driving for 18 months after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Webb, 21, has been fined £250, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

The offence took place on November 3 in Grimsby on the A46.

Webb had 188 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit is only 80 milligrammes.

Duane Rhodes

Duane Rhodes, of Cuthbert Avenue, Barnetby, will appear at Hull Court House on April 23 charged with speeding.

It is alleged that Rhodes, 42, sped on the C131 Top Road at South Killingholme on August 11, 2013.

Rhodes has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Ashley Chambers

Ashley Chambers, 24, of Grasby, has been remanded in custody after pleading guilty to four assault by beating charges.

Chambers admitted to beating a woman on four occasions during December 10, 11 and 12, 2013.

He will appear at North Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court on April 15.

Chambers has previously pleaded guilty to breaking a non-molestation order.

Abraham Price

Abraham Price, of Mill Lane, Brigg, has been given a 36 month community order after pleading guilty to two charges of exposing his genitals.

The offences took place in Grimsby on August 8 and August 23, 2013.

Price has been ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and 
take part in a Sex Offender Treatment Programme.

Eimantas Gaucys

Eimantas Gaucys, of Spa Street, Lincoln, has been handed an eight-week suspended prison sentence after pleading guilty to a string of offenses including stealing in Market Rasen.

Gaucys, 27, was ordered to pay £67.82 compensation after pleading guilty to stealing coffee from Lincolnshire Co-operative on October 24 last year.

He also pleaded guilty to stealing from shops in Lincoln and Louth.

His sentence has been suspended for 12 months.

Stuart Wilson

Stuart Wilson, of John Street, Market Rasen, was due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday) facing one charge of assault by beating.

It is alleged that Wilson beat a woman in Market Rasen on February 26 this year.

Jenna Sawyer

Jenna Sawyer, of Queen Street, Brigg, will appear at Grimsby Crown Court on April 11 facing one charge of using, or threatening the use of, unlawful violence causing a person to fear for their personal saftey.

The alleged offence occurred on February 2 this year.

Peter Brooks

Peter Brooks, of Queen Street, Market Rasen, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on April 3 facing one charge of theft.

It is alleged that Brooks, 49, stole a flat screen television on January 29 from Peter Rhodes Electrical Store in Oxford Street, Market Rasen.
