Louth teenager charged with rape and sexual assault
A 16-year-old boy from the Louth area is facing three sexual offence charges against an underage teenage girl.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faces two charges of rape and one charge of sexual assault against a girl.
In all three cases, the alleged victim was under the age of 16 at the time. The allegations date back to 2019.
Following a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on May 20, the case has now been adjourned to a date in June.
