Man, 35, faces dangerous driving charge after fatal collision near Alford
A man has been sent for trial on an allegation that he caused the death of Stuart Lees by dangerous driving on the A1104 at Snape Hill in Saleby, near Alford, in March last year.
A court hearing for Dean Holderness, 35, of Marston Crescent in New Lodge, Barnsley, was held at Boston Magistrates’ Court earlier this week.
Holderness will appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a first appearance on October 5. He was granted unconditional bail until this date.
