Man arrested in connection with drug offences in Horncastle

The man, who has not been named, has been released under further investigation.

He has also been charged with two counts of criminal damage following incidents in the Bull Ring area during the summer.

The situation at the time sparked concerns among residents and business owners about a general increase in anti social behaviour.

PCSO Nigel Wass confirmed the arrest had taken place when he spoke at a meeting of the town council last night (Tuesday).

PCSO Wass also revealed police had received just one report of ASB in Horncastle in November - and that was Covid-related.
