Man jailed after being found with drugs in Boston
A man found with a syringe full of amphetamine in Boston has been jailed.
Ricky Truepenny, 33, of no fixed address, admitted the offence from April 29 at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Magistrates heard it put him in breach of a two-month suspended prison sentence and a conditional discharge and that he had failed to comply with a Community Order.
He was ordered to serve three months in prison in total and pay court charges of £128.
