Police are investigating an assault and disturbance reported to have spilled out into the street from a Boston hotel.
"We believe the disturbance may have started in the Stanley Hotel and then spilled out onto West Street,” reported a Lincolnshire Police spokesperson.
Officers were said to have been called to West Street shortly before 8.40am on Sunday morning (August 2) following reports of an assault.
One man, aged 38, has been arrested on suspicion of assault and released on bail while inquiries continue.
They are now appealing for information and any witnesses to the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
"We would like to speak to anyone who was on West Street at the time or in the Stanley Hotel and heard or saw anything they believe may be connected.” If you can help, email [email protected] quoting 26000458918.
