Paying by direct debit earns customers a discount. All existing customers have received an email or letter outlining the instructions to rejoin the service – or relax and sit back if no updates are required.

After March 10 any existing customers who have been contacted to confirm or update their direct debit arrangements and have not done so will need to register their details again online.

This is ahead of payment of direct debits being collected on or around Wednesday March 15 from residents who have renewed the service.

New customers to the service are able to purchase new bins and stickers for the service at www.southkesteven.gov.uk/greenbin at anytime.

Last year over 28,500 residents joined the scheme, saving them money and hassle, according to the council.

Whether a new or existing customer you will receive your new bins or stickers in time for the start of the new collection year which begins on April 1.
