Kiveton Park: Library celebrating its 40th birthday

They say that life begins at 40 but for Kiveton Park library, reaching the landmark will merely give it another new lease to the thriving life it already has.

The library celebrates 40 years of being open to the public this month and staff are having a party for everyone to come to at the library on Friday, 28th March from 11am onwards.

Anyone visiting the library that day will be able to pause from their browsing and book borrowing for free tea or coffee and a slice of birthday cake.

Customers old and new from the youngest visitors, to those who have been visiting from day one are all welcome to attend and help celebrate the milestone.

The library is located on Wales Road in Kiveton Park and is open from 8.30am to 5pm each day from Monday to Friday.
