Litter - Zero tolerance is only solution
I refer to your recent article on litter. A zero tolerance approach is a great solution.
Other local towns have used the Police Restorative Justice option for local youths causing anti-social behaviour and associated offences to repay society by a Sunday morning litter clean up. This has not only improved the area but clarified the minds of the youths concerned and provided a positive image for local policing. Worth a go surely.
