Volunteer Coordinator Denise Halliday said: “Thanks should go to all the local businesses who generously donated wonderful prizes for the raffle, which included a family day pass to Cadwell Park Superbike Championships, a family day pass to Butlins, and a family day pass to the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway.”

Denise added: “The event would not have been a success without the amazing volunteers who so generously gave up their time, baked some delicious cakes to sell, and who worked tirelessly to help make the day a success, including those who helped sell raffle tickets and collect donations and prizes.

“As this event was such a success, plans are being made to hold another fundraiser later this year.”
