Man summoned to court after fatal crash in Gainsborough
A 20-year-old man has been summoned to court following the death of another driver.
Rio Grange-Smith, of Middlefield Lane, Gainsborough, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The summons follows an investigation into a collision at the junction of Somerby Way and Thorndike Way, Gainsborough on Monday, April 14, 2025, which sadly led to the death of a 74-year-old man.
Mr Grange-Smith is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on July 23.
