Around 500 runners braved the heat on Sunday to take part in the Brianplant Sting in the Tail Caistor 10k.

This year. the start reverted to the town’s Nettleton Road, giving the runners a an easy downhiller to get under way, and there was plenty of supporters cheering the runners on.

This year marks the Sting’s 10th anniversary and our reporter was there to capture the ‘Stingers’ heading out.
