“In my opinion the Prime Minister’s deal does not go far enough and I will vote to leave the EU. Everyone’s vote counts the same, we are all equal.

“This is a once in a generation opportunity for us to stand proud, independent and sovereign in the world.”

Lincolnshire County Council has also backed a proposal to leave the EU.

And Emma McClarkin, the Conservative MEP for the East Midlands, is also calling for the UK to leave Europe. She said: “With the skeletons of the renegotiated EU deal laid bare, we can see just how little is on the table. This deal unfortunately falls far short of addressing the very real concerns I and the British people have with our membership of the EU.”
