There is also road rage insults which escalate totally out of control.

A wealthy man covers up his son’s crime, a marriage descends into horror.

Directed by the Argentinian Damián Szifrón and co-produced by Pedro Almodóvar, it also won the award for the Best Non-English Language Film at the recent BAFTAs and wasnominated for an Oscar this week.

Paul Hill, chairman of LFC, commented: “This film is unhinged but also at times uproarious – a little wild, in fact.”
