VIDEO: Staff member shaved his beard off to help raise funds for Corringham Primary School

The secretary of the Parent Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) at Corringham Primary School has been sponsored to shave off his big bushy beard.

Ben Stockdale said: “I have a big beard and through sponsorship the schoolchildren have been raising money for me to shave it off to benefit and support the children.”

“They have raised over £400 and one child in particular has raised £100 and more door to door.”

The money raised will be used to purchase new school equipment.
