Action returns to tennis club

Boston Tennis Club is open once again after the national lockdown, but under tier three restrictions.

Adults may play outside, either doubles or singles, and juniors may also play outside.

Indoor play has more restrictions but the LTA guidelines allow junior group coaching to take place indoors, adult singles within a household or the support bubble, and individual lessons with the club coaches.

The Bombay Brasserie Leagues may be played outdoors by adults.

In the Daytime Singles Leagues, Group One has Jeremey George-Jones, Dan Scott, Phil Cosgriff and Richard Tupper destined to play against each other.

Whilst in group two are Geoff Presland, Dylan Baker and Philippe Servonat.

The third groups have John Tooley, Neil Buck and Sarah Ulyatt on one side and Sue Burnett, Jenny Murphy and Diane Sharpe on the other.

In the Bombay Brasserie Singles Main League Group One – Michal Chmielik, Jeremy George-Jones.

Calum McCaig and Dylan Baker. Group two – David Dunlop, Pawel Aranin and Geoff Presland and in Group three Neil Buck, Philippe Servonat and Richard Parkins.

The Boston Tennis Club’s Chattertons Winter Championships schedules are also available to club members with many different events due to take place.
