Eighteen anglers competed on Falcon Lake, with Strowlger drawing peg 12 for his near-85lbs haul.

Results: 1 Brendan Strowlger (Westwood Lakes) 84lbs 7oz, 2 Richard Kinnersley (Coopers Tackle) 74lbs 14oz, 3 Paul Oglesbee (Westwood Lakes) 73lbs 3oz, 4 Mark Cross (Hooked Newmarket) 71lbs 14oz, 5 Adam Swain (Sensas A4) 70lbs 6oz.

Thursday’s Over 50s Open match was won by Brian Harding.

Twelve anglers took to Falcon Lake.
