Boss search as Chapman departs

Nick Chapman, who has led the Lilywhites to the Lincolnshire League championship in two of the last three campaigns, has resignedfrom the role.

Comments on social media confirm it was a mutual decision as the club looks forward to the future at its new ground.

Work is progressing well at the new stadium in Wainfleet Road, where Chapman’s successor will have access to some of the best facilities in the Lincolnshire League.

McCauley Parker was named as the Players’ Player of the Year at Town’s awards evening.

Miles Chamberlain was named Manager’s Player of the Year as the champions reflected on their campaign at the Vine Hotel.

John Jeffery picked up the Reserves’ Player of the Year, while Herbie Nichols won the Manager’s Award for the second string.
