Boston United boss wants winning feeling as West Brom cup game looms
Manager Paul Hurst has conflicting thoughts about which players to field when West Bromwich Albion's youngsters visit in the National League Cup visitors tomorrow (Tuesday, 7pm).
It is the perfect chance to give players minutes who need them, but Hurst is also concerned the Pilgrims have not won in their last three games and he said: “I have some thinking to do about what I want to do with that game.

“I might want to look at something.
“There are certain players I would certainly like to get some minutes.
“At the same time I want to win the game.
“We have had three games where we haven't won and I want that winning feeling in the dressing room.
“It doesn't matter whether it's against West Brom or if we were playing the Rose & Crown.
“I want to win a game of football because that's what I'm in this for.
“Along the way I want to help develop players, but I wan to win.
“We need to get that mentality and have that attitude to it – and that can happen on Tuesday night.”
This will be Boston's second Group D fixture of the season – following the opening 3-2 defeat to Birmingham City.
United led 2-0 on that occasion, before conceding three goals inside the final 20 minutes to see the Blues leave with all three points.
United will now attempt to keep their qualification hopes alive for the knockout stages, with the likes of George Ward, Ben Hammond and Jack Holmes plus new loan signing Georgie Gent among those hoping for valuable game time against the Championship club's PL2 side.
Should the scoreline remain level after 90 minutes, the match will head to penalties to determine the destination of an extra point.
The club are only opening the Acorn Taxis (West) Stand for this fixture – with tickets on sale here or contactless payments available on the turnstiles.
The shuttle bus service is not running for this fixture. Car park season pass holders can utilise their normal spaces.
