It was a muddy, slippery, technical course and Jael was pushed hard to the end to make it two wins out of two.

Shane Gowling took part in the first Skegness 10TT of the year, coming home with a very respectable third place in 24 mins 54 secs on an alternate course due to road works – this meant dealing with a few extra potholes, puddles and slippery surfaces.

Boston Wheelers are hosting social rides on Monday nights, beginning at the Hammer and Pincers at 7.15pm.

To take part you need a bike, lights and a helmet while rides qare structured to suit participants.
