It's victory for Mickie
And as well as winning the meeting, he also finished second in the series.
After suffering engine problems in testing, Mickie had to get his original and problematic engine stripped, re-cased and tuned ready for the final round.

Hide AdRace one saw the old gremlins appear and the worst was feared as he trailed home in second with a misfire. But after discovering this was only a coil spade that needed a crimp tight - missed with the rush rebuild - he continued.
Race two saw a great ride from Luke Harrison to take the win with another second for Mickie, who was still getting used to the extra power of the new engine in dry loose conditions.
Comfortable wins came in races three, four and five as Mickie moved straight into the A final alongside Luke Harrison, Ryan Morris and B Final winner Sheldon Davies.
And what a final it was for Mickie, who made the most of a great start to claim victory, posting a quicker race than he had achieved in the previous five rounds, by a whole two seconds.

Hide AdMickie secured his second place in the championship, with absent Harry McGurk taking the club championship.
Mickie now has to turn his attentions to the eighth round British Speedway Youth Championships and grasstrack meetings up and down the country.
