With funds, dedication and hard work - all coming from within the club - a team of players and workers have transformed the facility into something quite spectacular.

The vision has been to create a bowls club whose surroundings are geared to disabled access and comfort, and whose green will allow the space and features needed for the playing of top class competitive bowls.

In addition, the club offers professional coaching in the game, competitive local league matches, internal games and competitions for all levels of expertise, and also a vibrant social calendar.

Most Popular

The club will now be hosting an open day on April 8 from 1pm, where you will be able to try your hand at the sport with the aid of borrowed equipment and the advice of a coach, or simply come and have a cup of tea with the members.
