Guitar ensemble to play concert at village Methodist church

A showcase of instrumental music arranged for classical guitar will be performed by the Sleaford Guitar Ensemble at a local church this autumn.

The concert, from 2pm to 4pm on October 17 at Timberland Methodist Church, on West Street, Timberland, will feature well-known waltzes, romantic refrains, foot-tapping folk, a Spanish selection, popular pop, cool classics, jazz greats and some musical surprises. There is no admission fee or booking required, but there will be a voluntary retiring collection for their named charity.
