Car body repairs business awarded for customer service

A car body repairs business from Skegness has earned an award for its high standards of customer service.

RT Autos Bodyshop was awarded by Enterprise vehicle hire management for having the highest customer service feedback reviews for repairs to Enterprise customer cars and for their overall experience over the last three months in the north east of England.

Richard Topliss of RT Autos Bodyshop said: "This is a difficult thing to achieve with so many bodyshops on the network.

"Customer service is at our forefront along with the care and attention to the repair of cars in what can be a stressful time.

"This is a great achievement for us as we have completed our site development increasing our repair capability and customer service."

The customer service award was presented to Richard Topliss by John Martin and Thomas Neeld, managers at Enterprise fire.
