It will be held on the five Sunday afternoons of August, with concerts starting at 2pm and finishing around 4pm with an interval for refreshments, which will be served from the Courtyard Café. The line-up of musicians for the series will be:-

Sunday August 2 at 2pm  -  Silver Lions Ukulele Band - a small group of local people who love playing the ukulele to get the series off to a rousing start.

Sunday August 9 at 2.15pm  - Woodhall Spa Rock Choir - led by Lulu Grainger. Lulu has performed in musical theatre from a young age and studied at URDANG Academy. She later pursued a career in teaching and has over seven years’ experience as a singing teacher. Lulu is passionate about musical theatre and enjoys helping others develop their voices.

Sunday August 16 at 2pm  -  Nigel & Teri - A wonderfully talented and interesting folk duo. They sing old American folk songs from the 60s (Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, the Everleys, James Taylor etc.) and also the occasional 60's song in an acoustic vein, using guitar, tenor guitar and melodeon. In between they tell funny stories. Plenty of opportunity for audience participation.

Sunday August 23 at 2pm  -  Al Brown - He has appeared at the last three years’ concerts and is enormously popular. He sings songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s and has a tremendous rapport with his audience. He encourages his audience to join in and there is a great atmosphere.

Sunday August 30 at 2pm - The Acoustic Itch - The group was formed from the disbanded Between the Lines group following the retirement of John Blanks. Phil Biggs’ wife Kim joined on vocals and  accordion to form The Acoustic Itch, but with a separate repertoire of songs, tunes and Phil & Mark's award-winning original compositions, including those written in collaboration with John.

The museum is located in Iddesleigh Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6SH. Further information is available on the website www.cottagemuseumco.uk
