National health and safety award for GBM

GBM Demolition boss Simon Grantham told the Leader: “We were thrilled to learn the NFDC bestowed the top award for health and safety on GBM Demolition this year, as it clearly demonstrates our absolute root and branch dedication to the physical health, mental health and wellbeing of our highly valued staff.

“Health and safety has always been the number one priority for us, but five years ago we set ourselves a goal of zero incidents by 2020.

“Using an holistic approach and a positive attitude, we achieved this goal in just four years.

“Special thanks must go to the whole team, who fully bought into our new approach and made sure the changes required were fully implemented and followed through.”
