Sue’s book, Moo, is based on her real life involvement in the rescue of fugitive cow Floss, and proceeds from its sale help to support two animal charities.
Sue said: “St Norbert’s School became involved when I asked the head teacher, Pam Tonge, if she would like the school to be the first to read the book. I have a vision for the book assisting local children, not only with anti-bullying, and love for all creatures theme, but also to encourage them to read and be creative with their writing.”

Sue is to add the school’s Connecting Communities Worldwide programme and UNICEF to her ‘Moo’ friend’s page to lend her support. To find out more about Floss and her incredible story visit www.flossthecow.co.uk.
