Axholme Radio Club is based close to Sandtoft and Epworth and meets three days each week – Wednesdays 10am to 3pm, Thursdays 7pm to 9pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Club secretary John Fennell said: “Our meetings are always friendly and informal. Our chairman is Brian Spittlehouse and we have a core of regular members. We offer training courses for all levels of amateur radio exams. The club is registered as a centre for all of them and we have never had a failure yet.

“We work with scouts and army/air force cadets. To find out more contact me [email protected] or call 01427 872522.”
