Tomas Stancikas, 40, of Alford Terrace, Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, committed assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Community order made. Between May 23 and May 25, sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Diogo Correia-Carneiro, 20, of Danube Square, Spalding. At Boston, in The Featherworks, on July 12, destroyed a garden gate and damaged the glass panel in a door belonging to another to an unknown value, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £80 fine. £125 compensation to pay. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Emma Bell, 32, of London Road, Boston. At Boston, in Shaw Road, on July 16, without reasonable excuse entered a premises in contravention of a closure order issued under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £22 victim surcharge. £40 costs.
