DRUNK AND DISORDERLY

Denise Robertson, 35, of Conlie Close, Alford. At Skegness, in Albany Way, on August 11, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £150 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Sarah Swindell, 36, of The Crescent, Woodlands, Doncaster. At Gunby, on the A158 Orby bypass, on September 16 of 2019, used a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £90 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat ofending. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Scott Lund, 40, of Grove Mount, South Kirkby, Pontefract, Wakefield. At Spilsby, on the A16, on July 20, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £220 fine. Driving record endorsed. Kieron Noble, 24, of Victoria Road, Mablethorpe. At Skegness, on March 25, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
