Appeal after man falls from bicycle on Spilsby hill

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his sixties fell from a bicycle after riding down Spilsby hill.

The man, from Tetford, fell on Wednesday, June 17, around 2.45 pm and was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, where is is said to be 'very poorly'.

Lincolnshire Police would like to speak to anyone that can help with their investigation into what exactly happened.

It is believed he had ridden down Spilsby hill and fell around the Spilsby hill junction.

Anyone saw him fall from his pedal cycle, which is a racer style bike, is asked to email [email protected], putting the reference incident 227 of 17th June in the subject box.
