On the same night, it is alleged that Alistair Evison, 42, c/o Stanley Close in Louth, committed one act of sexual assault on the same girl, and also allegedly committed a further nine sexual assaults against another girl and a boy, both of whom were under the age of 16.

McDowall and Evison appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court last Thursday (June 30).

No pleas were entered, and due to the severity of the charges the two defendants were sent to face jury trials at Lincoln Crown Court, where they are due to appear on July 28.

The two defendants were granted conditional bail, and are prohibited from contacting one another, or any of the alleged victims.
