Wroot school bids fond farewell to familiar face
Bidding a fond farewell to a familiar face were staff and pupils at Wroot Travis CoE Primary recently.
Retiring as the school’s secretary was Pat Hamilton after nearly 20 years of service.
Headteacher Christine Cook said: “She was always very busy, and helped out with everything.
“She was very enthusiastic and very energetic, joining in with every aspect of school life.”
She added: “We’re going to miss her and we hope she will pop back in to see us.”
