Seaview Next Tuesday left Liberal Lads with an 11-1 victory in the Skegness Darts League’s Sid Dennis and Sons Ltd Division One.

Liberal’s Gordon Mcquillan (11x100, 123, 137) won the very last game to avoid the whitewash, defeating Nathan Careless (4x100, 121, 132, 2x135, 140).

Seaview’s Kev Barker (5x100, 123, 134, 135, 180 and an 18 dart leg), Kristian Thein (5x100, 114, 122, 134, 140 and a 17 dart leg), Sam Hewson (3x100, 122, 140, 180) and George Stocks (100, 105, 120, 137, 139, 2x140, 2x180 and a fantastic 13 dart leg) threw well.

Liberal’s Eric Hammond (100, 116, 132) and Mark Carter (3x100, 125, 180) also performed well.

Rowdy Mob and Dartvaders had a ding-dong battle with more than 80 ton-plusses and eight maximums, the Mob winning 7-5.

Shaun Drury (nine sheet shots), Lee Yates (five including a 180), Martin Bell (12 including two 180s and 16, 17 dart legs), Mark Forman (11, 2x180 and a 17-dart leg) and Shane (seven and a 17-darter) threw well for the Mob, with Dartvaders’ Scott Smith (five), Joby Booth (six, 2x180), Braydon Wyeth (seventh), Dave Brewin (eight) and Wayne Clarke (14, including a maximum and a 17-darter) responding.

The 501s and Sports had a cracker of a game with more than 70 tons or better, the 501s winning 7-5.

Carl Abbiss (11 scores including 180), Scott Sutton (10, with a 118 finish and a couple of 18-darters), Gordon Smith (11 with the obligatory 180) and Chris Simpson (nine) were in form with Sports’ high scorers being Mark Gray (four), Darren Taylor (six), Gary Garton (14, including a 123 out) and Pete Evans (11).

The Piper Window Systems Ltd Division Two is also a tight division.

New Park Poachers beat Cricket Club 8-4, with James Richards (8x100), Wayne Burles (5x100, 105 118, 123) and Glyn Pope (100, 2x140 and a 16-darter) impressing, while Cricket Club had Jay Elsom (100, 108, 118), Steven Bourke (5x100), Richard Fuller (2x100, 140) and Mikey Forman (3x100, 120, 18) playing well.

Highwayman’s Gunslingers beat Red Arrows 7-5.

Mark Williams (8x100, 140), Sharon Butler-Brewster (100, 125) and Sean Butler (6x100,134, 140, 180 and a 16-dart leg) were among the Gunslingers’ top performers, with Nick Casswell (4x100, 140), Richard Jackson (100, 122, 125, 2x140), Stuart Hodson (4x100, 110), Paul Tuplin (3x100, 132) and Mark Simpson (180) replying.

An in-house derby at the Ex Service saw Spitfires fight back from 6-2 down to draw 6-6.

Lee Woods (3x100, 2x121), Kev Pulham, Ian Dunn (117 finish and a 17-dart leg) and Dave Middleton (2x100, and 3x140) completed the comeback and Martin Boss (4x100, 125) was also on the sheet for them.

Cobras had Darrell Webb (6x100, 134), Stuart Corsen (3x100, 136), Roy Parnham (2x100, 105, 133) and Ian Chamberlain (2x100, 114. 125, 139) on the sheet.

The New Park Club Skegness Division Three saw Liberal Us beaten 7-5 by Liberal Livewires on the final leg.

Ken Wilson (6x100, 135), Ian Bowker (2x100, 140), Tom Thornton (2x100) threw well for the Livewires, with Stewart Giles (2x100, 140), Hayley Reeson (2x100) and Chris Troth (100, 140) were also on the sheet for the Us.

Seaview Raiders had a crushing 10-2 win over Vine Allstars, with Sean Bates (3x100, and 65 finish on bull), Ray Witton (2x100, 124, 125), Peter East (2x100, 125) and Rob O’Brien (2x140, 180) doing the business.
