Tracy and Sarah-Jane set new PBs
In a quiet week for Three Counties Running Club, there were still personal bests for two of the club members who competed in the King's Lynn parkrun.
Tracy Pratt, Sarah-Jane MacDonald and Colin Apps took part in the popular parkrun event.
For Tracy and Sarah-Jane, in particular, it proved a very successful day as they both recorded PBs.
Tracy completed the event in 26mins 11secs, while Sarah crossed the finish line in 26:27.
Colin finished virtually alongside Tracy in a time of 26:12.
