So Boston Police Cadets have been running their own campaign in support of The Warm Rail at Boston Stump, which lets anyone who needs something from the rail help themselves.

The young officers are also collecting old tieswhich will be turned into personal belongings envelopes as an alternative to the impersonal paper envelopes used to return or keep safe the personal belongings of people in hospital.
