Man fined after he is spotted buying drugs on street
A BOSTON man has been fined after police saw him purchasing drugs from anther man in the street.
Raimundas Seputis, 24, of Carlton Road admitted possessing amphetamines when he appeared at Boston Magistrates Court.
The court heard he was seen buying the drugs from another man in an alleyway on December 16 and, when searched, was found to have the drugs in a small foil wrap.
Seputis, who had previously been cautioned for drugs offences, was fined £133 and ordered to pay £117 in court costs and charges.
