The sight of horses on farms has long gone '“ and is much lamented by many.
These beautiful percherons – Depper, Duke and Violet – featured in a Market Rasen Mail article in 1959.
They were pictured taking a well-earned break from their work on the farm of Mr V J Dring of Legsby.
