A book documenting the history of Market Rasen Racecourse was flying off the shelves in 1989.
Author Jean Lucas is pictured delivering some copies to Gill and Tom Stafford’s bookshop in Tealby, the only outlet for the publication, with two copies sold within minutes of delivery.
