"The captain’s voice is almost as important as his right foot" - Boston lozenge brand sends England captain Harry Kane personalised ROAR RELIEF pack in second show of support
What more can a Boston lozenge brand do than make an emergency delivery to England captain Harry Kane after hearing him lose his voice in post-match singalong? Well, the answer is create a one-off pack inspired by his all-in vocals and send it off to him as well.
Earlier this week, Jakemans revealed it was sending some of its throat sweets to Kane in light of his viral post-match interview on Monday (July 6).
The footage showed the number nine struggling to answer the questions, having strained his voice singing Wonderwall after England beat Mexico 3-2.
Now, another delivery is heading his way, but this time it will include a pack inspired by him.

Dubbed ‘ROAR RELIEF’, it has been designed to ‘help keep the England captain’s voice match-fit, for 90 minutes of shouting, celebrating and singing’, Jakesman says.
Alongside it will be a supply of Jakemans lozenges for the rest of the squad.
Aden Kelly, sales director, said: “When we saw Monday’s interview, we thought someone needs to quickly get our skipper a Jakemans.
“The captain’s voice is almost as important as his right foot, and England needs to be firing on all cylinders. So, we’ve created a bespoke Jakemans pack just for him and the team to share.
“Alongside the personalised pack, the entire England squad will also receive a stash of Jakemans menthol lozenges to keep the celebrations and singing in full force.”
