Butler links up with Poachers ahead of Wisbech clash

Grant Butler looks set to make his Boston Town debut this evening.

The Poachers make the short journey to face Wisbech at the Fenland Stadium in UCL Premier action.

And Butler, who has been turning out for Lincs League Wyberton, has been drafted in as cover for the suspended Lori Borbely.

Tenth-placed Wisbech are seven places and 11 points ahead of Town in the standings, but have played two more games.

Boston will be buoyed by Saturday’s 5-3 extra-time victory at Northampton Sileby Rangers in the Knockout Cup, ending a run of four defeats.

The match was also a return to the scoresheet for Alex Beck.

The Fenmen are unbeaten in five matches.

Kick off tonight will be at 7.45pm.
