Dental firm's charity coastal walk from Mablethorpe to help vulnerable people
Staff at a dentistry firm completed a coastal walk, starting and finishing at Mablethorpe, to boost a charity that helps vulnerable people.
Treeline Dental Care, which has branches in Lincoln and Sleaford, organised the 12-mile walk in support of Dentaid, which provides essential dental care for those in need, including the homeless, families in poverty, cancer patients and survivors of abuse.
A team of 20 set off from Queens Park in Mablethorpe, heading south along the coastline to Anderby Creek, where they paused for refreshments and food on a hot day.
They then made the return journey to Mablethorpe, enjoying the sweeping views and bright sunshine but also showing plenty of determination and cameraderie to complete the walk.

It was all part of Treeline's ‘Big Community Challenge’ and raised £1,000 for Dentaid, in line with the company's belief that dentistry should be accessible to everyone and rooted in compassion.
Those who took part included practice managers, team leads, dental nurses, receptionists, administrators, head office colleagues and even company directors, Dr Jimmey and Nav Palahey.
Founder and chief executive officer Jimmey said: “When our teams come together for something bigger than ourselves, it reminds us of what Treeline is about – people, purpose and making a positive impact.
"I’m incredibly proud of everyone who took part. Their commitment, even in the heat, showed the strength of our culture and the heart of our organisation.”
With practices across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, the group has built a reputation for investing in its people, celebrating teamwork and championing local engagement.
A spokesperson said: “Whether through charity walks, company away days, sponsorships or collaborative events, Treeline’s teams show up with energy, enthusiasm and a shared sense of mission.
"The turnout for this coastal walk reflected Treeline’s culture where every individual, regardless of their role, is encouraged to contribute to the wider community and celebrate shared achievements.
"The walk wasn’t just a fundraiser, it was also a celebration of Treeline’s values in action. Colleagues encouraged one another along the route, shared stories and enjoyed the rare chance to connect outside their usual practice environments.
"Raising £1,000 for Dentaid was a fantastic achievement and showcased Treeline’s commitment to community wellbeing.”
