Lincolnshire artist Tyler0112 collaborates with DJ producer Tom Zanetti on ‘Cocky Little Kid’
A young music maker from Heckington is excited to have collaborated with a successful and established British DJ and producer for his latest creation.
Tyler Andrew, 19, performs under the stage name of Tyler0112.
Tyler explained: “I’ve been making music since I was 10 years old and I reached this point by working very hard with my music by sending it out to labels and other artists to collaborate with.
“My style of music is mainly house but I love to work in the edm (electronic dance music) scene too, for example techno. I haven’t gigged locally unfortunately.”

He previously did a label release with a well-known UK artist called TeeDee and cites his influences as TeeDee, Silky, Tom Zanetti and Tiesto.
Now he has collaborated on a remix of Cocky Little Kid by Tom Zanetti, a British DJ, record producer, rapper, and boxer, best known for his songs "Darlin’" and "You Want Me", which received silver and platinum BPI certifications.
Tyler says he has followed Tom Zanetti’s music for years and has always wanted the opportunity to work with him. Before the collaboration came about, Tyler had regularly tried to get his music in front of Tom, sharing his tracks and reaching out in the hope that one day they could work together.
That opportunity eventually came with Cocky Little Kid, turning something Tyler had been working towards for a long time into a reality.
“I’ve always wanted to work with Tom. I’ve shared my music with him a number of times over the years, so being able to actually collaborate on a track is something I’m really proud of,” he said.
"My manager Aiden Glennon made this Tom Zanetti collab possible for me."
For Tyler, the collaboration represents an important step in his development as an artist. The track combines his own style with Tom Zanetti’s established sound, creating a collaboration that brings together two different stages of their musical careers.
Tyler is continuing to release music independently and build his profile as an artist from Lincolnshire, with the collaboration marking one of his biggest opportunities to date. He plans to continue to develop his music and work towards further collaborations and releases.
He said: "I was extremely happy and proud of myself when I created my remix with Tom Zanetti on it, and it has pushed me to try even harder to make more of my dreams come true. This is a part time job but one day I’d love to make it full time if I start to earn big money from it.”
