Marion Sander, Programme Manager at The Hub, issued a message to all those that have been involved in putting the event on and described it as “a fantastic day and a magical night” but only possible with the support of everyone’s enthusiasm, creativity, talent and expertise.

She said: “The feedback we have received so far has been truly wonderful!

“We hope you have enjoyed the experience as much as we have.”

    There will be a review of how things went in order to plan for next year’s event.

    Marion said: “Our next RiverLight Festival will be on June 22, 2024 with fringe events starting from June 15. With the very different light levels at that time of the year we are already getting excited about the opportunities and challenges this will bring to the programme.
